Ground control to SARITOR II

5 February 2013

The all new second generation SARITOR fluid system take ground controls to a new level, giving spray operators greater flexibility and control over the sprayer while filling.

SARITOR II offering 4400 & 5500 litres tank capacities and boom widths from 36 to 42m provides the highest level of operator efficiency, comfort and control.

Everything you need when filling the sprayer is controlled with the press of a button on the work station control console found in the WorkZone. These include:

- Valves which are usually electronically operated from the cab.
- Main pump and fill pump can be turned on/off and the tractor engine revs adjusted to deliver the fill and transfer performance desired.
- Main tank and rinse tank suction source can be activated here.  Closing and opening sequence programmed to ensure one valve closes before the other opens.
- Tank rinse nozzles and boom nozzles turned on and off, providing an opportunity to control rinse sequence and check the spray nozzles while you are on the ground.

An LED identifies which function is in operation.

From the ground WorkZone console the following functions can be selected and managed:

1. Main tank suction source valve on/off

2. Flush tank suction source valve on/off

3. Banjo FastFill pump EOH control on/off (where fitted)

4. Main fluid pump EOH control on/off

6. Boom section distribution valves on/off

7. SARITOR engine rpm increase

8. SARITOR engine rpm decrease

10. Agitation reduction / off

An LED identifies which valve is in operation.

The SprayCentre console in the cab duplicates the ground control functions and more. The switching is logically placed, grouped for easy fingertip operation and is illuminated for night use.
