The chassis is made of special UPN steel profiles providing robust durability and resistance to vibrations. The design and construction prevent accumulation of dirt and thereby prevent corrosion.

The chassis is protected with a top of the line powder paint surface treatment which includes

• Steel bullet grinding of all steel parts
  
  
• Pretreatment tunnel with 4 different “showers” which removes possible grease and applys anti-oxidation such as zinc, phosphate acids and nano ceramic. 
  
  
• Parts enter the drying oven, and continue towards the painting line, where the powder is applied. 
  
  
• Parts enter a 200º oven to convert the applied powder to a top professional surface protection, which we also call powder paint.
  
  

Spray computer for automatic control of the application volume. The big screen with 4 line read-out gives you all the information you need all the time. Easy to use, includes the function Unit Canopy Row (URC) which gives you the opportunity to apply the spray liquid in function of the volume of the vegetation to be treated. To be used together with EVC with SprayBox.

Automatic adjustment of pressure. The HC 3500 is able to calculate application reat according to the TRV method. Tank level indicator. Can be fitted with RPM sensor and temperature sensor. Meters for working hours, volume sprayed, hectares treated and sensor activation. Include the advance ManoeuvreAssistance function. Can work with up to 4 vegetation sensors.

Manual operating units
MC is a cable operated control unit. With its two sections and a pressure regulator, it is a basic and simple-to-use operating unit. 
BS is a traditional single lever system, with an additional lever to control pressure.
BKC has pressure regulation, two distribution valves with pressure equalization device, and a main on/off valve with manual remote control.

CB 2 Braglia control unit
The CB 2 electric control unit is a high pressure regularlation disturbition controller with constant pressure valves designed for high pressure spraying. Available in con-junction with an optional rate controller. 

EVC control unit
The EVC has electrical remote control of all functions and is available with 2 distribution valves. The pressure regulation valve is made of stainless steel for maximum resistance to aggressive products, and the rest of the vital parts are completely sealed off from the spray liquid. The EVC unit includes pressure equalization device and pressure gauge. Maximum working pressure is 20 bar. Can optionally be fitted with a HARDI CONTROLLER.

Available in tank sizes 2000,  3000,  4000 L.

The tanks are made of high-impact polyethylene and are resistant to plant protection chemicals.
