Owners of Mercury Mistblower Fans F55 and SF65.
We have discovered a batch of faulty manufactured parts on the 750/820 mm Mercury fans models F55
and or SF65 that have been sold in Australia.
The faulty part is identified as the “Semi Crown” which holds the fan blades to the hub and must be
changed immediately.
The OH&S risk assessment shows that the item presents a potential catastrophic outcome.
We would ask you to immediately inspect all units of Mercury with the F55 or SF65 blower in your sales
region and if the Semi Crown is faulty as per the photo numbers 1 and 2, these units should be shut
down and not operated again until the faulty part is replaced.
