The manifold fluid system is powered by a 322 L/m diaphragm pump and is controlled through colour coded SmartValves to provide safe, easy operation.

A wide paralift provides greater boom stability and minimises torsion transfer to the chassis. The compact hydraulic axle suspension is strong and reliability. It carries the load better than conventional systems providing a low centre of gravity, enhanced boom stability and smooth ride for best boom performance.
Track width is easily adjusted from 2 to 3m for 6000 & 8000 and 2.5 to 3m for the 10000. Wheel and tyre A8 load rated have been selected to provide the best ride and flotation characteristics while minimising crop damage.

The boom structure has been designed to reduce turbulence over the nozzle and improve on-target application. A mounting rail provides for infinitely variable saddle positioning.
Paralift suspension is through powerful nitrogen accumulated lift cylinders which provide smooth boom ride and faster lift speed. The wide paralift enhances boom stability and minimises torsion transfer to the chassis. Transport safety lock engages automatically on folding.
Strong truss boom construction is designed to better manage the dynamic forces imposed on a boom during broad acre spraying.
The three dimension triangulated wing sections withstand incredible yaw forces created by cornering, auto steering, acceleration, and deceleration.
Yaw forces are absorbed through a parallelogram suspension linkage system dampened with urethane elements and a dual piston hydraulic cylinder.
TerraForce can be set from the cab to suit the operating conditions with on-the-go stability control.
The TerraForce is an exceptionally strong low-maintenance boom, and requires a minimum of adjustments.
Independent wing tilt and suspension minimises wing tip movement through a urethane dampened linkage connected to the wing tilt cylinder.
Positive locking mechanism locks the boom is in the open position ensuring the boom wings perform as one truss.
30% increased capacity with the new 25mm high volume low residue boom line fluid system minimises pressure loss between sections and nozzles.
No flow restriction between boom tubes with the latest external feed tube connectors.

The safe and easy operation fluid system is managed from the ‘WorkZone’ providing easy control over filling and cleaning. Chemical transfer is through the ChemFiller or GranniPot.
A high capacity EasyClean suction filter is monitored by an external gauge to ensure it is cleaned only when needed. A CycloneFilter using a high-speed cyclone action keeps the filter element clear of contamination ensuring only the cleanest fluid gets to the nozzles.
The fluid system powered by a self-priming diaphragm pump can run dry without risk of damage.
Filtered FastFill option ensures only clean water enters the system.
Pressure Empty option allows the tank capacity to be transferred back to the original source or to another sprayer.
Application control with HC6500 controller platform provides the sprayer with function and rate management delivering the highest level of performance and application precision.
The on-board Job Computer can connect to the HC6500 display or an ISOBUS virtual terminal. Status and other vital sprayer information is assessed and implemented via finger-tip hand grip controls.
The HC6500 is capable of intelligent automated functionality to improve spray application efficiency.

ISOBUS Virtual Terminal is a plug-and-play, compatible interface between tractor and sprayer. An on-board Job Computer propagates the tractor terminal to look and feel like the HC6500, with provision for AutoSection Control.
Fast chemical transfer through the ChemFiller is used to quickly transfer large quantities of powders and liquids to the spray tank safely.
Both the ChemFiller and optional Granni Pot utilise a combination of venturi vacuum and high pressure liquid rotation to effectively mix chemicals before they are transferred.
A built in rotating nozzle is used for cleaning and rinsing containers and the inside of the hopper.
There are no mechanical moving parts making ChemFiller and Granni Pot user friendly and low maintenance.
The Vacuum Granni Pot with vortex mixing action is used for safe, easy transfer of crop protection products, is also equipped with vacuum attachment for closed chemical transfer systems.
High capacity directional filling is now controlled from the one fill point which means you can fill one tank at a time or both the main tank and flush tanks simultaneously.

Chemical Injection reduces operator exposure to chemicals by eliminating tank mixing and rinsing. Concentrated chemicals are injected and mixed at the boom just prior to being sprayed out. The main tank only carries water. Simply go spraying, flushing boom lines between fields and at the end of the day.
Change one chemical for another without the need to decontaminate the main tank and fluid system.
Chemical Injection system provides for vacuum chemical induction, pressure empty and flushing.
