HARDI Australia’s recent introduction of DirectCommand™ delivers one of the most powerful application packages on the market and further differentiating the SARITOR from its competitors.
DirectCommand, developed by Ag Leader® in the USA, is a complete precision application system of hardware and software designed to control all of the SARITOR application related functions.
Released in December 2008 DirectCommand is being demonstrated to farmers nationally during a series of on-going Ride & Drive days.
DirectCommand is a precision farming tool that resides on the Ag Leader INSIGHT™ display. It offers complete control over liquid application at the same time as logging data and providing real time application mapping.
The INSIGHT all-in-one display minimises cab clutter, while DirectCommand ensures the SARITOR delivers highest level of application precision.
DirectCommand can perform the simplest of tasks like spray rate control and can be opened to provide for much more:
- Spray Rate Control
- Coverage Mapping
- Data Logging
- AutoSwath Control
- Variable Rate Control
- Boom Height Control
- Auto Steer
- Multiple Product Application
- Direct Chemical Injection
- Smart Reporting
Every body who’s had an opportunity to put SARITOR through its paces is happy with the feel and operation, particularly the smoothness of the steering.
Until now farmers have had to install aftermarket solutions which tend to clutter the cab and suffer from installation issues, inter-product communications problems and differences in levels of after-market support between brands.
The HARDI OEM business relationship with Ag Leader was made after careful consideration of systems integration and a proven track record of reliable performance.
Every farmer has their own unique set of requirements but invariably they include spray rate control, auto section control and coverage mapping.
SARITOR owners today have auto steering and boom height control as common additions. Proprietary products like NORAC UC5 and Trimble Autopilot seamlessly integrate into DirectCommand.
